1. Traveling/ Accommodation Fee

HDS services are available throughout the USA as well as most destinations outside of the USA. All local and long distance traveling expenses are to be accommodated by client or client’s paying party.

Local and long distance traveling charges include, but are not limited to, milage, time, parking, toll fees and hotel.

2. Parking 

HDS does not take responsibility for any parking fees that may be charged at venues such as hotel garages, valet, or parking meters. In some cases HDS will bill parking directly to the clients room of the venue.

3. Hourly Services

All services which are provided on an hourly rate will be charged per artist and per hour. Charges for hourly rates start at the time disclosed in the Service Agreement. Requests for additional time is by the discretion of the artist. Additional time is not guaranteed.

4. Photos & Video Use

Henna Dil Se grants the photographer and videographer of the event to take and use photos as long as all members of HDS are tagged as @hennadilse. By providing HDS the photographer and videographers information the Client grants HDS the usage of their work for their portfolio.

If the client chooses to revoke said permission, the client must email HDS within 24 hours of booking max.

HDS has the right to refuse services, change the artist providing services (i.e from Nadia to another artist), or remove any discounts provided to client. HDS is respectful of religious reasons and will not use those photos publicly.

If the client and their partner have experienced personal difficulties please reach out to HDS immediately with all links and the photos and/or videos for removal request.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable. Both a 50% deposit and a signed copy of the agreement is due to secure all bookings. All initial deposits and documents are to be turned in as soon as possible in order to secure the date, time, and services, otherwise the date and/or time will be available for other clients to book. HDS will be unable to provide all services requested if client choses to book 15 days before the day of event.

All credit card transactions are charged a 5%service fee.

Final payment is due on the first day services are provided by Henna Dil Se. NO EXCEPTIONS. Finished invoice will be provided to the paying party within 3 days from the last day services are provided by Henna Dil Se. Payment will be taken automatically via credit card on file. Late fee of $45 is applied for all payments made after 3 day grace period from last day services are provided by Henna Dil Se.

5. Changes of Event

There will be a $25.00 fee for all changes made to the Service Agreement, i.e event location, services, timing or etc, 15 days prior to the first day of the event.

6. Cancellation Fee/ Refunds

A charge of $30.00 will apply when a service is canceled 15 days prior to the first day of events. Each service canceled will be charged $30.00. Services canceled 48 hours prior till the day of event will be charged 100%. HDS will allow clients to transfer events. When transferring an event to a different date, due to an act of God,  within the same year a $75.00 transfer fee will be applied per day of events transferred.

No refunds in the form of cash, credit, or time are given after payment is received by paying party.

7. Natural Henna

We pride ourselves in using 100% non-toxic henna paste, all products used at HDS are safe for all skin types. HDS products do not contain PPD, which can pass into the bloodstream and can cause liver and/or kidney damage, including cancer.

HDS may ask client to sign and liability form in the event the client has a product he/she would like us to use.
